I’m Lisa Drew, founder of Platinum HR and Human Resources specialist with over ten years experience in the HR industry. I have worked in many different sectors including Telecommunications, Outsourcing, Manufacturing, Hospitality and Retail, mainly holding senior management positions. I am a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and I am committed to the high standards and ethical compliance represented by the CIPD as the professional body for HR.

I work with small and medium sized businesses by providing them with commercial, legally compliant HR advice and support to grow their businesses. I founded Platinum HR as I recognised that it isn’t always cost effective or necessary for businesses to have a dedicated HR function as long as they have access to expert employment support as and when they need it.
I am passionate about people and get a real sense of pride when I can see the results of my work help businesses strengthen their brand, reputation and profitability. As a business owner myself, I like to stand out from my competitors and aim to do this for the clients that I work with.

On a personal level, I am blessed with two young children, a girl and a boy. We live in a lovely quiet village in Warwickshire. We love to travel and find new and exciting places to explore both locally and across the globe.
